Your flight plan
AI finds the calls. Our crew wins them.
Software is good at reading every open call in Europe. It is not good at writing a proposal a jury will fund. So we use it for the first job, and your coach does the second — with you, on the page.

Pre-flight
You & your coach
A call with Cynthia or Klaus: what you’re building, and what you need funded.
02
Navigation
AI-assisted
We scan every open call across Switzerland and the EU, and shortlist the ones you can realistically win.
03
Preparation
Your coaches
Your coach leads the proposal writing with you — impact, work packages, budget — shaped by hundreds of grants and years on evaluation panels.
04
Lift-off
Your coaches
We take it through submission, and through the resubmission if it comes to that.
Between them, Cynthia and Klaus have written, coached and sat on the jury for hundreds of grant applications — EIC, Innosuisse, Horizon Europe. That experience is what goes into your proposal.
Mission profile
Destinations we can get you to
Hard science is our home turf. GrantShip is tuned to how evaluators judge frontier technology — not generic startups.
Departures
Grantship · all gates
Not on the board? Ask us anyway — if it is deep tech, it is usually fundable.
Mission readout
Not a vague score. A reviewer’s verdict.
Your report breaks the proposal down across the dimensions a real panel scores — then lists the exact weaknesses an evaluator would flag, each with a concrete fix you can apply before you submit.
- A 0–100 fundability score with a one-line verdict
- Sub-scores for Excellence, Impact, Implementation & fit
- Prioritised weaknesses — most damaging first — each with a fix
- The best-fit programs for your proposal
Fundability review
ExamplePromising core, but the impact case won’t survive panel scrutiny yet.
Strength
Genuinely novel approach vs. state of the art, backed by a working prototype at TRL 5.
Weakness
highMarket size is asserted, not evidenced — no bottom-up TAM or reference customers.
Fix: Add a bottom-up TAM/SAM/SOM with sources and 2–3 named design partners.

“The free review caught the exact impact gap our first draft would have been killed on. Cynthia’s coaching sharpened the case, and we won an Innosuisse SIP — fixed before submitting instead of after a rejection.”

Flight manual
Questions founders ask first.
Can AI really assess a grant proposal?
It reviews the things evaluators score on paper — novelty vs. the state of the art, evidence of impact, feasibility, team and program fit — and flags where your proposal is vague, unsubstantiated or off-mandate. It is a sharp first-pass reviewer, not a substitute for a human jury. That is exactly why Lite and Boost pair it with coaches who have sat on the real panels.
What is the jury panel?
When your proposal scores well, the review goes a step further: three independent reviewers — a Scientific reviewer, a Market & Impact reviewer, and an Implementation & Team reviewer — each weigh in through their own lens, the way a real evaluation committee splits the work. You see each reviewer’s lean (would fund / revise / pass), their strongest point and the biggest risk they’d flag.
Is my proposal confidential?
Your text is used only to generate your review and is not used to train any model. We do not publish or share it. The free review is email-gated so we can send you a copy and, with your consent, follow up about coaching — nothing more.
Which programs does it cover?
The review benchmarks against the mandates and TRL expectations of Switzerland and Europe’s flagship deep tech programs: Innosuisse, the EIC Accelerator, Swiss Innovation Park (SIP), Horizon Europe and Eurostars.
How much does it cost?
The review is free, with no signup and no card. Coaching plans (Lite and Boost) are paid monthly subscriptions — see the pricing page for current details.
How does the success fee work?
Lite and Boost are a monthly subscription plus a small success fee on the grants you actually win — 5% on Lite, 4% on Boost. We only earn the fee when you do, so our incentives are aligned with getting you funded. Exact terms are agreed when you sign up.
Which currency do you bill in?
Prices are set in CHF; you can view them in EUR, GBP or USD on the pricing page (converted from CHF). Billing is monthly, with annual options on request. If you came through a partner — ETH AI Center, S2S, Rockstar and others — or have a referral code, use the “have a code?” check on the pricing page to see if you qualify for a discount.
How accurate is the score?
The score is an honest, evaluator-style estimate of fundability — deliberately not a cheerleader. Treat it as directional: a low score tells you what to fix before you waste a submission, and a high score still benefits from coaching to push it over the line.
Do I need to finish my proposal first?
No. Paste whatever you have — an executive summary, a project description, or a full draft. The more detail you give (problem, innovation, team, market, milestones), the sharper the review. Short inputs get a lower, clearly-caveated score.
What happens after the free review?
Nothing automatic. You get your report on screen and by email. If you want help fixing the weaknesses, Lite adds coaching and a guided submission, and Boost is done-with-you drafting and resubmissions until you win.
Can I refer companies and earn?
Yes. If you work with deep-tech founders, join our referral program: the companies you refer get 20% off their subscription, and you earn 10% of our success fee on the grants they win. On a CHF 2M grant that’s roughly CHF 10k per win. See the referral page to apply.
